In force from 27 October 2026

Note. This English text is a translation for information only. The Polish version of the terms is the binding one.

1. General

  1. 1.1Accommodation at Apartament Wieczorynki 63, ul. Wieczorynki 63, Poznań (the “Apartment”) is provided by Honesto.manager Aneta Karaś, ul. Strzelecka 118c/7, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 622-269-96-53 (the “Provider”).
  2. 1.2Contact: phone, SMS and WhatsApp 505 029 434 (every day 6:00–24:00, after midnight SMS only), e-mail rezerwujnocleg123@gmail.com.
  3. 1.3The Apartment is a ground-floor unit of 50 m² with its own garden, two bedrooms (for 4 and 3 people), a kitchen and a bathroom. It is rented as a whole, by the night, to a single ordering party.
  4. 1.4The “Guest” is the ordering party and everyone who stays in the Apartment under that booking. The ordering party may be a consumer or a business (for example a company accommodating its workers).
  5. 1.5The Polish version of these terms is binding. Translations are for information only.

2. Booking and payment

  1. 2.1You can book by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, e-mail or through the RoomAdmin online booking system, which the button on the website links to.
  2. 2.2An enquiry and the Provider’s first reply (including information about a free date and the price) are not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
  3. 2.3A booking is guaranteed as to dates, price and number of guests once the deposit has been paid and the Provider has confirmed it (by SMS, e-mail or messenger).
  4. 2.4The price is per night for the whole Apartment, up to 7 people, whatever the number of people. Rates: 349 PLN per night for stays of 1–3 nights, 299 PLN per night for 4–29 nights, 249 PLN per night for 30 nights or more. Prices are gross prices in Polish zloty (PLN).
  5. 2.5The price includes bed linen, WiFi, free parking with video monitoring and use of the whole Apartment with its garden. The pet surcharge is 20 PLN per pet per night (clause 5.5).
  6. 2.6The deposit (zadatek) is 50% of the value of the stay. The payment period runs from the Provider’s confirmation of the dates: 30 minutes if you arrive on the day of booking, 24 hours if you arrive within 2 days, 48 hours in other cases. If the deposit is not paid in time, the booking is not guaranteed and the Provider may release the dates.
  7. 2.7The Guest pays the remaining amount by the day of check-in at the latest, before the key safe code is handed over. The deposit counts towards the price. Access to the Apartment is given once the full price of the stay has been paid (clause 4.2).
  8. 2.8For shorter stays we do not charge a refundable security deposit. For long-term stays (for example for six months) the amount of the security deposit and the rules for its return are set in written terms, including by e-mail.
  9. 2.9On request we issue a VAT invoice (8% VAT). Just give us your tax ID (NIP) and the e-mail address we should send it to.
  10. 2.10For company and group bookings, order terms confirmed in writing, including by e-mail, take precedence over these terms where they differ.

3. Cancellations and changes

  1. 3.1If the Guest cancels at least 7 days before the arrival date, we refund the deposit in full, by the same method it was paid, within 7 days.
  2. 3.2If the Guest cancels later or does not arrive, the Provider keeps the deposit. Shortening a stay does not entitle the Guest to a refund for unused nights.
  3. 3.3Cancellations are made by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail. The date of notice counts.
  4. 3.4We consider changes of dates individually, subject to availability. Please ask as early as possible.
  5. 3.5If the Provider cancels a confirmed booking for reasons on the Provider’s side, the Provider returns the deposit in double, as provided in Article 394 of the Civil Code, or, with the Guest’s consent, arranges replacement accommodation of a similar standard at the same price.
  6. 3.6If the stay cannot take place for reasons beyond the Provider’s control (force majeure, a breakdown, decisions of the authorities, a danger to life or health), we refund all payments.
  7. 3.7A consumer who concludes the contract at a distance has no right of withdrawal from a contract for accommodation services other than for residential purposes where the contract specifies the date or period of the service (Article 38 point 12 of the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights). The cancellation rules are in clauses 3.1–3.3.

4. Check-in and check-out

  1. 4.1The night starts at 15:00 on the arrival day and ends at 12:00 on the departure day.
  2. 4.2Check-in is self-service. Once the full price of the stay has been paid, we send the address, directions, instructions and the code for the key safe by the entrance. We send them earlier to regular guests, without that condition. A regular guest is someone who has completed at least one earlier stay with us with no arrears or complaints. The entrance to the Apartment is at the back of the property, in a separate building behind the hostel. The Guest does not pass codes or keys to third parties.
  3. 4.3Before or on the day of arrival the Guest gives the names of the people who will stay in the Apartment and, at the Provider’s request, the data needed for check-in, including proof of identity (for example through a registration card). The Provider may refuse accommodation to a person who refuses to provide them.
  4. 4.4Arriving before 15:00 and leaving after 12:00 are possible by arrangement with the Provider. Failing to check out by 12:00 without an arrangement results in a charge for the next night started. The charge covers the need to clean and prepare the Apartment. It does not extend the stay or entitle the Guest to remain in the Apartment.
  5. 4.5When leaving, the Guest closes the windows and doors, switches off electrical devices and puts the key back in the key safe or in the agreed place.
  6. 4.6A request to extend the stay must be made by 18:00 on the day before the stay ends at the latest. We grant it subject to availability.
  7. 4.7We send items left behind by the Guest on request and at the Guest’s cost. Without such a request we keep them for 3 days and then dispose of them, unless agreed otherwise.

5. House rules

  1. 5.1Only the people named in the booking may stay overnight in the Apartment, no more than 7. Visits must be reported. People not named in the booking may be in the Apartment only between 15:00 and 22:00 and only with the Provider’s consent. For each person who stays in the Apartment after 22:00 we charge a fee from 99 PLN. The amount depends on the number of people and the type of stay. It is not an accommodation fee and does not entitle the person to stay.
  2. 5.2Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 6:00. We do not host parties or loud gatherings. The Apartment is next to other homes.
  3. 5.3Smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes and other substances is not allowed anywhere on the premises, including the garden. For a breach we charge 500 PLN to the person who broke the rule. It covers, among other things, the cost of washing curtains and textiles and airing the rooms. A person breaking the ban may be asked to leave.
  4. 5.4Drinking alcohol and using intoxicating substances are completely forbidden anywhere on the premises. Open fire and candles are also forbidden, as are heaters and other devices that are not part of the Apartment’s equipment.
  5. 5.5Pets are allowed. Please tell us before arrival. The surcharge is 20 PLN per pet per night. Pets must not be on the beds, and the owner cleans up after them, in the garden too. The owner is responsible for damage caused by the pet.
  6. 5.6Minors may not stay in the Apartment without a guardian, meaning an adult. Children under 13 must stay under the constant supervision of the adults responsible for them, who are liable for the children’s behaviour and any damage.
  7. 5.7During longer stays the Apartment is cleaned after the seventh night of the stay.
  8. 5.8The Provider may enter the Apartment during the stay if a breakdown or danger requires it. In other cases, for example for inspections during long stays, we agree the time with the Guest beforehand.

6. Liability

  1. 6.1The Guest is liable for damage to the Apartment and its equipment caused by the Guest, the people staying with the Guest and visitors. An ordering party that is a business is liable for damage caused by the people it has accommodated, unless the contract provides otherwise.
  2. 6.2The Guest reports defects found at check-in and any breakdown or damage during the stay immediately by phone, SMS or WhatsApp, preferably with a photo. That lets us react on site.
  3. 6.3The loss of a key costs 50 PLN. Other repair or replacement costs are set at the actual, documented costs.
  4. 6.4To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for valuables left in the Apartment or for damage to or theft of a vehicle in the car park. The car park is free and covered by video monitoring, but it is not a guarded car park.
  5. 6.5Video monitoring covers the car park, the entrance in front of the hostel and the garden behind the hostel. The hostel’s common areas (the corridors upstairs and downstairs and the kitchen) are also monitored, but Apartment guests do not use them, because the Apartment is a separate building with its own entrance behind the hostel. The inside of the Apartment is not monitored. Recordings are kept for up to 14 days and are overwritten automatically, so we cannot guarantee that a recording of a given event is still available. Details are in the privacy policy.
  6. 6.6The Provider may terminate the contract and require the Guest to leave in case of a serious breach of these terms, in particular smoking, holding parties, breaking quiet hours, destroying property, endangering safety or passing keys to third parties. We do not refund the unused period to the extent the law allows.

7. Complaints and disputes

  1. 7.1Send complaints to rezerwujnocleg123@gmail.com or call 505 029 434, preferably as soon as possible so the problem can be fixed during your stay. We reply within 14 days.
  2. 7.2We try to settle disputes amicably. A consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including help from a municipal or county consumer ombudsman and the Trade Inspection.
  3. 7.3Disputes with consumers are decided by the court competent under the general rules, and disputes with businesses by the court competent for the Provider’s registered seat. Polish law applies.

8. Final provisions

  1. 8.1The rules on personal data are set out in the privacy policy.
  2. 8.2A change to these terms does not affect bookings confirmed before it takes effect. For such bookings we apply the version in force on the day of confirmation.
