Accommodation next to Poznań-Ławica airport
The apartment is at ul. Wieczorynki 63 in Poznań's Ławica district, a few minutes from the airport. It is a good address for a crew working in Poznań, for a rental of several months on a contract, and for a family trip.
It is about 5.8 km to the Poznań International Fair (MTP) at ul. Zwierzyniecka 12, and you reach the ring road in about 12 minutes. Shops, a pharmacy and a bus stop are within walking distance, and on Sundays, when most shops are closed, the 24-hour shop at the BP station is open.
How booking works
Four steps from a phone call to the keys
Step 1
Call or write
Phone, SMS or WhatsApp on 505 029 434, or the online form, where you see free dates and the price straight away. For an invoice, add your company tax ID (NIP) and e-mail address.
Step 2
Pay a 50% deposit
We confirm the dates and send the payment details. If you arrive today, the deposit is due within 30 minutes, within 2 days within 24 hours, later within 48 hours.
Step 3
Pay the rest of the amount
You pay the rest of the amount by the day of check-in at the latest, before you receive the key safe code. We do not charge a security deposit for shorter stays; it is required only for long rentals, e.g. for six months.
Step 4
You get the code and instructions
Once the full amount is paid (regular guests earlier), we send the address, a description of self check-in and the code for the key safe. The entrance is at the back of the property. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00.
The deposit is refunded in full if you cancel at least 7 days before arrival. After that we keep it. Details in the terms.

Frequently asked questions
How many people fit in the apartment?
Up to 7. The first bedroom sleeps 4 and the second 3. The price stays the same regardless of the number of people.
Do you rent the apartment to companies on longer contracts?
Yes. From 30 nights the rate is 249 PLN per night for the whole apartment, up to 7 people, with a VAT invoice (8% VAT). We do not charge a security deposit for shorter stays.
What is the shortest stay I can book?
One night. The rate of 349 PLN applies to stays of 1–3 nights, 299 PLN to stays of 4 to 29 nights, and 249 PLN to stays of 30 nights or more.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in from 15:00 using the key safe by the entrance. Check-out by 12:00. You get the code and instructions once the full stay is paid (regular guests earlier).
Can I stay with a pet?
Yes, pets are allowed, and the apartment has its own garden. We charge a surcharge of 20 PLN per pet per night.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, VAT invoices (8% VAT). Just give us your company tax ID (NIP) and the e-mail address we should send it to.
What are the house rules?
Smoking and alcohol are not allowed anywhere on the premises (fine of 500 PLN per person for smoking). Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 6:00 and we do not host parties. We may end a stay that is too noisy without a refund.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Not for shorter stays. We take a security deposit only for long rentals, e.g. for six months.
Can I have my laundry done?
The apartment has its own washing machine that you use yourself. If you prefer to hand over your laundry, Mr Sławek will take care of it on request.
How far is the airport?
You reach Poznań-Ławica airport by car in about 4 minutes. The Wieczorynki bus stop is about 100 m from the apartment.
